Ivystar is a mentorship platform designed to help learners across life stages, from middle school to mid-career, grow faster and dream bigger through one-on-one sessions in academics and planning. It’s completely free to join Ivystar and use the platform. You’ll only be charged when you book a 1:1 online session with a mentor. Session pricing varies depending on the mentor you’re matched with, and we’ll always share full details before you confirm a session.

Student Sign-up Checklist

1. Sign Up & Verify Your Email

Create your Ivystar account and confirm your email address to activate your profile. (Time: ~2 minutes)

2. Complete the Ivystar Registration Form

Once your account is approved, you’ll complete a short registration form to share a bit more about yourself and what you’re working on. (Time: ~5–10 minutes)

2. Wait for Approval

Our team will review your registration and reach out if we have any questions. (Time: 1–2 business days)

4. Finish Setting Up Your Student Profile

After your registration is approved, create your student profile! Ivystar is a private, anonymous platform: no headshots or social media links. Upload an image that represents you. Share what you care about, interests, and the kind of support you’re hoping to receive from a mentor. (Time: ~10 minutes)

5. Add your Payment Method

Log in and go to “My Account” to add your preferred payment method. This card will be used to book your sessions. (Time: ~2–3 minutes)

6. Start Learning with Ivystar Mentors!

After onboarding, you can book your first mentor session (paid with your card on file) and we’ll email you a private meeting link. (Time: ~5 minutes to book)
